EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING 2001-2005:

Wilderness First Aid Responder recertification 2004.  Two Wilderness Medical Institute instructors came to Arusha to run this course.  After the 80 course and normal testing we also ran a practical, emergency rescue from 16,000 feet on Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Wilderness First Aid Responder recertification in 2001,I travel to United States and Visit more that 30 States, also get the chance to visit deferent Universities give talks African Culture e.g. Madison University, Washington University, Riverside High School in Wisconsin, Virginia and Atlanta –elementary school. Visiting Film Studio in Hollywood in order to learn more about filming and able to meet some move star as Angela Basset, Tom Hangs and others, I did also get a chance to meet and share our experiences some of Politics Leaders in States as Tom Street Mayor of Philadelphia and some others.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

Advanced Adventure Travel Guide Training National Outdoor Leadership Schools (NOLS), Sixty five-day training in East-Africa, Sept. - Nov. 1999 DIPLOMA.  (Course was designed for Advanced Mountain Guide Skills. Included instruction in rock climbing, sailing, orienteering, wind surfing, snorkeling, plants, animals, fish survival and emergency situations.
Awarded a $ 10,000 scholarship to attend final grade B.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT COURSE:

African Environments managements and Trip leaders three days here in Arusha 1999 April. National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). The course includes: Communication, Developed tools to held us to accomplish the mission, Internal communication, External communication, Single point accountability, manage emotions, prioritize task reduce legal exposure, notes and dates, documents incidents.

MT. KILIMANJARO LAND USE AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT 1999 JULY 5th – 7th:

Sponsored by French Embassy (University from France, United States, Kenya and Tanzania. (Workshop included: The main geographical feature of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Population pressure in Mt. Meru, Urbanization and environmental concern in Moshi, Biodiverisity in Kilimanjaro, Ecology dynamic and evolution of vegetation in Kilimanjaro, up and down the mountain: the altitudal zonation of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Farming systems, Methology of religious archive use for historical research on Mt. Kilimanjaro, for better Tourism in Mt. Kilimanjaro, Springs, Traditional irrigation, water policy and management.

WILDERNESS FIRST AID RESPONDER:

Sponsored by: National Outdoor Leadership School in East Africa NOLS headquarters Kenya from 16th May – 25th June 1999. The course based on medical legal issues, Patient assessment & basic life support Traumatic injuries, Environmental injuries, medical emergency, common simple wilderness medical problems appendix, CPR skills sheets,

Certificate: (WILDERSNESS FIRST AID RESPONDER AND CPR).

CAMP COUNSELOR TRAINING:

Farm and Wilderness Camp, Plymouth, Vermont U.S.A,from 25th May – 24th Sept. 1998
Training include; Red Cross First Aid and LifeGuard Course as well as part of Camp Counselor Training.

WILDERNESS MEDICINE SOCIETY –By Robert B.schoene,MD (17/March/1999:

Sponsored by African Environment 1998 course include Environmental injuries, common simple wilderness medical problems etc.

MOUNTAINEERING COURSES:

Complete training by several Travel/Safaris in Tanzania on Mt. Kilimanjaro, Meru, Kenya; Vermont in White and Green mountains. I started this since 1995. Courses included NOEP/NOLS, African Environment trainings.
